Giant Pebbles

In this silent-feeling work, van Dyk speaks to simplicity, certainty and inner-stillness while at the same time capturing the metamorphic nature of these pebbles in their future form, sand. The stillness evokes the understanding that even with an eternal cycle of change, we can find stillness in the moment. Mother nature takes its time, to sculpt, to shape, in a never ending process of creation.
